How Blimtrix works
Every visit follows a clear process. House cleaning covers Miami-Dade cities and neighborhoods including Brickell, Doral, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach, plus Hallandale Beach. Pressure washing covers Miami-Dade and Broward. Pool maintenance covers Broward and much of Miami-Dade. We do not replace fixed plumbing, wiring, or pipes; when that work is needed, we refer a licensed contractor.

Residential and commercial cleaning process
Cleaning visits follow the package you booked: regular maintenance, deep cleaning, or move-in/move-out. We work room by room so nothing is left to guesswork.
Choose the right package
Regular cleaning
Ongoing maintenance after a deep clean. Dust, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen surfaces stay consistent week after week.
Deep cleaning
First visit or a home that has gone without a thorough clean. Includes buildup, under and behind furniture, and more detailed kitchen and bath work.
Move-in / move-out cleaning
Empty-property standard: insides of cabinets and appliances, closets, and a presentation-ready finish for handover.
How we work through the home
Living spaces
- Surfaces dusted; interior glass and frames on deep and move-out
- Window sills and blinds dusted
- Floors swept, vacuumed, and mopped
- Door frames wiped; baseboards on deep and move-out
- Surfaces, ceiling fans, and ledges dusted
- Simple, reachable lights only (not ornate fixtures or lights with many small pieces); deep and move-out visits add frames, under furniture, and closets as listed on that package
Bathrooms
- Surfaces dusted
- Shower and tub cleaned and sanitized
- Toilet cleaned and sanitized
- Glass and mirrors cleaned
- Trash emptied and sanitized
- Cabinet exteriors wiped; move-out includes interiors
- Floors, sills, and blinds; baseboards on deep and move-out
Kitchen
- Surfaces dusted
- Counters, backsplash, and sink sanitized
- Stainless steel polished
- Microwave exterior on regular visits; interior on deep and move-out
- Oven exterior on regular visits; interior on deep and move-out
- Refrigerator exterior on regular and deep visits; interior on move-out
- Trash emptied; cabinet interiors on move-out
Before we leave
- We do a final walkthrough of the rooms included in the visit.
- If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
- You can adjust frequency or add a deep clean on a later date without a long-term contract.
Pool maintenance process
Pool service is available in Weston, Davie, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Cooper City, Sunrise, Plantation, Southwest Ranches, and nearby Broward, plus North Miami, Aventura, Miami Shores, Biscayne Park, Eastern Shores, Keystone Island, and Bayshore. Each visit combines physical and cosmetic cleaning, water chemistry, preventive filtration care, and the pool surroundings. We do not open internal panels or replace fixed parts, cables, or piping.
Basic and cosmetic maintenance
The physical clean and simple accessories on every scheduled visit.
- Remove leaves, insects, and debris from the surface and floor
- Brush walls, steps, and the waterline
- Vacuum the floor by hand or with portable equipment
- Clean and empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Clear and generally clean the deck around the pool
- Check and adjust the water level
- Replace simple cosmetic or exterior accessories that do not require cutting tools or plumbing, such as damaged baskets or the skimmer lid
Chemical balance and water treatment
We test and treat water so it stays safe for swimming and for the equipment.
- Measure and adjust chlorine or other sanitizer, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, and cyanuric acid
- On saltwater pools: measure salt levels and add salt bags when needed
- Apply maintenance chemicals: chlorine, muriatic acid, shock, algaecides, clarifiers, flocculants, phosphate removers, and enzymes
- Water recovery (green-to-clean) with heavy shock and continuous filtration
- Chemical treatment for cloudy water, algae, surface stains, and excess metals
Preventive filtration maintenance
Routine filter and cell care without changing the installation.
- Pressure-wash filter cartridges with a hose
- Operate valves to backwash sand or DE filters
- Acid-clean salt-chlorinator cells without changing the installation
Basic operation and surroundings
User-panel settings and surface cleaning around the pool.
- Program timers and settings from the user control panel, without opening internal panels or touching wiring
- Cosmetic surface cleaning of spas, jacuzzis, waterfalls, and decorative fountains
- Pressure wash or surface wash of decks and screen enclosures
- Deep cleaning of waterline tiles
- Flag low circulation or system pressure and refer a licensed contractor for diagnosis or repair

What this process does not include
- Replacing fixed plumbing, cables, or pipes
- Opening sealed mechanical components for repair
- Opening internal panels or touching wiring
- Electrical work beyond programming a timer from the user panel
