Terms and Conditions of Service
BLIMTRIX LLC · Trade name: Blimtrix · Last updated: November 3, 2026 · Jurisdiction: Florida, United States
1. Acceptance of the terms
These Terms and Conditions govern requests, quotes, bookings, payments, and the services offered by BLIMTRIX LLC, referred to as "Blimtrix" or "the Company".
By accepting these terms and completing a booking request, the customer acknowledges having had the opportunity to review the general conditions, the scope of the service, the prices, the applicable charges, and the cancellation policy.
The customer states that they are at least 18 years old and have sufficient authority to hire the services for the property indicated.
When a person contracts on behalf of a company or organization, they state that they have authority to do so.
These terms are supplemented by the service description, the confirmed quote, and the particular conditions accepted during booking.
Blimtrix is obliged only to perform the work expressly included in the contracted service.
2. Services offered
Blimtrix offers cleaning and maintenance services, including:
- Residential cleaning.
- Commercial office cleaning.
- Post-construction cleaning.
- Glass and glass-surface cleaning.
- Pressure washing.
- Pool maintenance.
- Upholstery cleaning.
- Other services expressly published.
Each service has specific conditions, included tasks, exclusions, and prices.
Hiring one service does not mean that other services or specialized work are included.
Blimtrix will not perform repair, electrical, plumbing, construction, restoration, or other work that requires specific licenses, unless it is expressly offered and the legally required authorizations are in place.
3. Requests and booking confirmation
Completing a form is a request and does not automatically guarantee that the service will be performed.
A booking is confirmed when Blimtrix accepts the request and sends the corresponding confirmation.
Blimtrix reserves the right to decline requests for legitimate commercial or operational reasons, including lack of availability, unsafe conditions, locations outside the service area, insufficient information, or work outside the scope of its services.
Some bookings may require prior review, photographs, inspections, or additional information.
When Blimtrix declines a request before performing the service for reasons not attributable to the customer, it will refund the amounts charged for that request and will arrange cancellation of pending payment authorizations.
4. Prices and quotes
Prices are calculated from the characteristics of the contracted service, which may include:
- Property area.
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Cleaning type.
- Number of units or items.
- Soil level.
- Additional services.
- Accessibility.
- Frequency.
- Other relevant conditions.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
Automatically generated quotes are based on the data supplied.
If the actual conditions differ substantially from those stated, Blimtrix may review the scope and present an updated price.
No billable additional work will be performed without the corresponding approval.
If the customer rejects a change required to perform work outside the original scope, Blimtrix may limit the service to the contracted tasks that can be performed safely or suspend the affected tasks.
When a visit is impossible because of materially incorrect information provided by the customer, previously accepted and legally permitted failed-visit charges may apply.
5. Deposits and payments
Blimtrix may require a deposit to confirm a booking.
The deposit is an advance payment credited toward the total price of the service and is not an extra charge.
The amount will be shown before payment is confirmed.
The remaining balance may be subject to a temporary authorization through the payment provider.
Blimtrix uses Stripe or other authorized providers to process transactions.
Temporary authorizations are subject to time limits set by processors and financial institutions.
If an authorization expires before the service, Blimtrix may request a new authorization with the corresponding consent.
When the customer has validly authorized a later charge, the outstanding balance may be captured after the service is completed.
The customer is responsible for keeping a valid payment method.
Lack of a required payment or authorization may prevent confirmation or performance of the booking.
Additional charges must be approved before they are processed.
6. Cancellations
Blimtrix reserves staff, equipment, and time for each visit.
The customer may cancel without a commercial penalty at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
When a deposit refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable legal and banking time frames.
Late cancellations
If the customer cancels less than 24 hours in advance, Blimtrix may retain the disclosed and accepted deposit as a late-cancellation charge, provided that retention is legally valid.
No-shows
If the customer is not available when their presence is required, does not provide access, or prevents the service for reasons under their control, the same late-cancellation policy may apply.
Cancellation by Blimtrix
When Blimtrix cancels a service that has not been performed for a reason within its responsibility, it will return the corresponding amounts or may offer a reschedule that the customer may accept voluntarily.
Legal rights
This policy does not remove mandatory cancellation, refund, or withdrawal rights that may apply to the customer under applicable law.
When a contract is subject to a legal cancellation period, that period prevails over the 24-hour commercial policy.
7. Rescheduling
The customer may request a date change at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Requests made after that deadline may be treated as late cancellations when they cause the reserved capacity to be lost.
Blimtrix is not required to guarantee the same date, time, or staff assignment on a new booking.
When a change affects the price, the price must be communicated before it is accepted.
8. Access to the property
The customer must provide safe and timely access to the property by the agreed method.
This may include keys, codes, lockboxes, authorized staff, or the customer's presence.
The customer is responsible for correct instructions about alarms, parking, elevators, entrances, and building restrictions.
Blimtrix is not required to wait indefinitely or to change other bookings because of access problems attributable to the customer.
If the service cannot be performed because of those circumstances, the failed-visit charge may apply.
Staff will keep access points secured according to the instructions received and safety conditions.
They will not allow unauthorized third parties to enter.
9. Schedules and service duration
Times shown during booking are operational estimates.
A visit may take more or less time depending on property conditions, assigned employees, and the characteristics of the service.
Blimtrix may assign one or more employees and divide the work among them.
The number of employees does not automatically change the previously confirmed price.
Blimtrix will try to meet the agreed times and to communicate relevant delays.
Reasonable delays do not automatically create a right to free additional services, without prejudice to rights the customer has under the law.
10. Water, electricity, and necessary conditions
The customer must ensure that the property has water, electricity, and access to the facilities needed to perform the contracted work.
Blimtrix is not required to provide supplies or infrastructure that are not part of the service.
If a lack of resources prevents the work for reasons attributable to the customer, the failed-visit policy may apply.
When the obstacle is due to circumstances beyond the customer's reasonable control, a reschedule or the corresponding refund will be considered.
11. Condition of the property
The customer must disclose conditions that may affect cleaning or safety, including:
- Excessive soil.
- Infestations.
- Structural damage.
- Moisture or leaks.
- Deteriorated surfaces.
- Delicate materials.
- Hazardous chemicals.
- Unstable objects.
- Special access conditions.
Blimtrix may suspend, decline, or change the scope of work when conditions differ significantly from those stated.
It is not required to perform unsafe work or work that is substantially different from what was contracted.
Charges and refunds will be determined according to the circumstances, the work performed, and applicable law.
12. Personal belongings and delicate items
The customer must remove, secure, or protect valuables before the service.
This includes money, jewelry, important documents, fragile objects, antiques, delicate equipment, and belongings of sentimental value.
The customer must also disclose surfaces or materials that require special treatment.
Blimtrix may decline to handle objects that present a reasonable risk of damage.
The Company is not responsible for damage attributable solely to normal wear, preexisting defects, or faulty installations that were not caused by its staff.
The customer's failure to provide relevant information may be considered when assessing the cause of damage.
Nothing in this section removes liability that legally belongs to Blimtrix.
13. Physical limits of the service
Unless expressly contracted, Blimtrix is not required to:
- Move heavy furniture.
- Move large appliances.
- Flip heavy mattresses.
- Dismantle installations.
- Make repairs.
- Handle electrical wiring.
- Access unsafe structures.
- Work at heights that require specialized procedures or equipment that were not contracted.
- Handle hazardous materials.
- Remove or install screens or other components, unless the service expressly includes them.
Staff may exclude areas that are inaccessible or that present reasonable safety risks.
14. Children, pets, and third parties
Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult.
Pets must be secured when necessary to avoid accidents or interference.
Blimtrix employees do not provide childcare or animal care.
The customer must disclose the presence of other workers or contractors.
Blimtrix may suspend tasks when people or animals prevent them from being performed safely.
Cancellation conditions will apply according to responsibility for the obstacle and the applicable laws.
15. Weapons and conduct
Weapons must remain stored and secured in accordance with applicable law.
Employees will not handle weapons.
If an exposed weapon or a potentially dangerous situation is found, Blimtrix may suspend the work.
Threats, violence, harassment, intimidation, or conduct that compromises staff safety will not be tolerated.
Blimtrix may end a visit when there is a reasonable threat.
The financial consequences will be determined under the legally applicable contract conditions.
16. Waste and hazardous materials
Ordinary services do not include biological, chemical, or environmental decontamination.
Unless valid specialized work is contracted, the following are excluded:
- Blood and potentially infectious bodily fluids.
- Vomit or feces outside ordinary restroom tasks.
- Mold that requires remediation.
- Asbestos.
- Hazardous silica dust.
- Unknown chemical waste.
- Contaminated needles.
- Severe infestations.
- Extreme unsanitary conditions.
Ordinary restroom cleaning is part of packages that include it.
Blimtrix may stop work when it finds undisclosed risks.
17. Contagious illness
The customer must disclose known contagious illness that may pose a significant risk to the team.
Blimtrix may recommend rescheduling or suspend a visit when there is a relevant exposure risk.
Cancellation policies and the corresponding legal rights will apply according to the circumstances.
18. Residential cleaning
Residential cleaning has three types:
Regular cleaning
It includes ordinary maintenance of bedrooms, the kitchen, bathrooms, and other accessible areas described in the package.
Additional services that were not selected are not part of the booking.
Deep cleaning
It includes the applicable regular tasks and the extra units selected automatically under the current package.
Included quantities have a defined scope or time and do not mean unlimited cleaning of every surface.
Move-in and move-out cleaning
It is designed for properties that are empty or sufficiently cleared.
It includes the tasks and extras expressly detailed in the booking, in the corresponding quantities.
The customer must empty cabinets, closets, and appliances when requesting interior cleaning.
Work beyond the contracted quantities or times requires an authorized extension.
Ordinary or specialized glass-cleaning tasks are included only when they appear expressly in the contracted scope.
19. Commercial office cleaning
Commercial cleaning covers only the tasks included in the quote and the service description.
It may cover offices, meeting rooms, reception, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
It does not automatically include interior appliance cleaning, specialized carpet cleaning, upholstery, electronics, or glass.
The customer must remove or protect confidential documents and sensitive equipment.
Blimtrix staff are not authorized to access files, private documents, computer systems, or locked spaces that are not included in the contract.
Consumable supplies must be provided by the customer, unless specifically contracted.
Service frequency does not automatically create a discount.
20. Post-construction cleaning
Blimtrix offers three independent post-construction cleaning phases.
Phase 1 — Initial cleaning
It includes collection of light debris, sweeping, vacuuming appropriate to the material, and preliminary cleaning.
It does not include removal of heavy rubble, waste hauling, or surface restoration.
Phase 2 — Detailed cleaning
It includes detailed cleaning of floors, bathrooms, the kitchen, doors, baseboards, and empty cabinets and closets, according to the contracted description.
It does not include extensive removal of paint, hardened cement, difficult adhesives, or specialized restoration.
Phase 3 — Final touch-up
It includes removal of light dust, fingerprints, and small surface marks after a suitable detailed cleaning.
It does not replace a full post-construction clean.
Particular conditions
Each phase is quoted and scheduled independently.
The stated area must match the areas included in the service.
Glass, windows, panels, and glass railings are not included.
Those items are booked through Glass Cleaning.
Interior appliance cleaning and other additional work are charged separately when they are not expressly included.
Construction activity must not prevent the cleaning from being performed safely.
Blimtrix is not responsible for new soil created by third parties after the work is finished.
21. Glass cleaning — Glass Cleaning
Glass Cleaning is an independent service.
Its price depends on the characteristics of the glass, including:
- Panel type.
- Quantity.
- Dimensions.
- Sides to clean.
- Height.
- Soil condition.
- Accessibility.
- Selected add-ons.
Bookings are subject to prior review and approval.
Blimtrix may request photographs and additional information.
If a request is declined before the service is performed, amounts charged will be refunded and release of the corresponding authorizations will be arranged.
Removal of scratches, corrosion, etching, permanent stains, or preexisting damage is not guaranteed.
The customer must disclose cracked, loose, or damaged panels.
Blimtrix may exclude items that present a reasonable risk of breakage.
Removal of paint, cement, and difficult adhesives may require a specialized quote.
22. Pressure washing
Results depend on the material, prior conditions, and the nature of the soil.
The customer must disclose deteriorated paint, cracks, leaks, damaged sealers, or sensitive surfaces.
Blimtrix may change the cleaning method or decline areas that present a risk of damage.
Complete removal of penetrated stains, corrosion, discoloration, or prior damage is not guaranteed.
Repairs, painting, waterproofing, or restoration are not included unless expressly contracted.
23. Pool maintenance
Pool maintenance covers the tasks that were contracted and confirmed.
Results depend on pool size, water condition, and the condition of filters and equipment.
Pools with green water or abnormal conditions may require several visits or additional treatments.
Blimtrix does not guarantee that the water will be fit for swimming immediately after the service.
The customer must disclose breakdowns, electrical problems, leaks, and chemicals used recently.
Repairs to pumps, electrical systems, pipes, or heaters are not included unless legally authorized work is contracted.
The customer must follow safety instructions about use of the pool.
24. Upholstery cleaning
The customer must disclose materials, preexisting damage, prior treatments, and stains.
Complete removal of stains and odors is not guaranteed.
Some materials may have wear, discoloration, or prior deterioration that limits results.
Blimtrix may assess and decline fabrics that are incompatible with the available procedures.
Drying times are estimates.
25. Additional services and units
Extras are contracted by units, quantities, areas, or time blocks.
Each unit represents only the work or duration stated in its description.
For example:
- Baseboards: 60 minutes per unit.
- Wall spots: 120 minutes per unit.
- Organizing: 30 minutes per unit.
Other additional services are performed according to their configured unit and duration.
The customer may increase quantities when the system allows it.
Blimtrix is not required to exceed the contracted times or units without an approved extension.
Buying a time block does not guarantee completion of an unlimited amount of work.
26. Limits on results
Blimtrix will perform the contracted services with reasonable care.
It does not guarantee:
- Complete removal of permanent stains.
- Restoration of deteriorated surfaces.
- Absolute removal of odors.
- Recovery of damaged materials.
- Cleaning of inaccessible areas.
- Identical results on every surface.
- Prevention of new soil after the visit.
Promotional photographs are illustrative.
The inability to remove permanent defects is not, by itself, a breach when the contracted work was performed properly.
27. Correction warranty
If a task included in the booking is not performed properly, the customer should report it preferably within 24 hours after the service.
The request must identify the affected areas and provide reasonable information to assess the problem.
Blimtrix will have the opportunity to review the claim and determine a suitable solution.
When a deficiency attributable to the Company is confirmed, a specific correction at no charge, reasonable compensation, or another appropriate solution may be offered.
The commercial warranty does not cover:
- Tasks that were not contracted.
- Soil that appears after the visit.
- Permanent stains.
- Prior damage.
- Work performed by third parties.
- Requests that exceed the contracted quantities.
A correction is not a new full cleaning free of charge.
This policy does not limit the customer's legal rights.
28. Damage and claims
Any damage allegedly related to the service should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.
The customer must provide a description and the available evidence.
Blimtrix may request photographs, estimates, or other documentation reasonably needed to assess the claim.
The Company has the right to investigate the circumstances before accepting responsibility.
There is no automatic duty to replace an item with a new one when it can be repaired adequately.
Blimtrix is not responsible for damage that was not caused by its conduct, including normal wear, preexisting defects, faulty installations, or prior deterioration.
When compensation is appropriate, the damage actually caused, the prior condition of the item, and the applicable rules will be taken into account.
Nothing in this section removes Blimtrix's legal liability for damage actually attributable to the Company.
29. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blimtrix is not liable for indirect commercial losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or other consequential damages that may validly be excluded.
For exclusively contractual claims of an economic nature that do not involve personal injury, property damage caused by Blimtrix, fraud, intentional conduct, or other liability that the law does not allow to be limited, Blimtrix's contractual liability is limited, where legally permissible, to the amount paid for the specific service related to the claim.
This provision does not exclude liability for personal injury, property damage, or conduct for which the law prohibits limitations.
30. Refunds
Refunds are determined according to the contracted service, its performance, the reason for cancellation, and applicable legal rights.
Deposits for late cancellations may be retained when a valid condition that was accepted in advance allows it.
Services that were performed correctly do not automatically create a right to a refund for reasons of personal preference.
Claims about deficient work will be assessed through the correction process, without limiting other legal rights.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible.
The time to post the credit depends on the financial provider and the corresponding legal rules.
31. Chargebacks and payment disputes
The customer may contact Blimtrix to request a review of any charge.
Blimtrix may keep and present to the payment provider legitimate documentation related to the contract, payment consent, and performance of the service.
The customer's right to dispute a charge legitimately with their financial institution is not limited by these terms.
Blimtrix may decline new bookings when there are unpaid amounts, proven fraud, or reasonable risks related to unauthorized transactions.
32. Recurring services
Recurring services are scheduled according to the frequency selected and accepted.
The customer must expressly authorize future charges when that is required.
The selected frequency does not imply a discount unless the discount appears expressly in the confirmed price.
Blimtrix may propose rate changes for future visits, communicating them and obtaining the necessary acceptance before applying them.
Cancelling future visits does not remove payments for services already performed.
Automatic renewals, when they exist, are subject to the notices, procedures, and cancellation rights required by law.
Blimtrix will offer the cancellation methods required by applicable law, including the same contracting channel when that applies.
33. Photographs and documentation
Blimtrix may request photographs of the work areas to assess quotes.
It may also reasonably document conditions before and after the service for operations, quality control, and claim handling.
Photographs must be limited to the necessary information and must avoid unnecessarily capturing private data.
Identifiable images of the interior of a property will not be used publicly for promotion without the corresponding authorization.
Collected data will be handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
34. Privacy and communications
Blimtrix may collect information needed to manage bookings, payments, and services.
The data may include name, phone, email, address, service details, and contracting history.
The Company may use external providers for payments and operational communications.
Promotional communications are subject to the consents required by law.
The customer may exercise the rights that apply under Blimtrix's Privacy Policy.
35. Taxes
Applicable taxes depend on the nature of the service and current law.
Cleaning of commercial interiors may be subject to taxes that differ from those that apply to residential services.
Legally required taxes will be shown before payment is confirmed, when applicable.
36. Force majeure
Blimtrix may delay, suspend, or reschedule services when circumstances arise that are beyond its reasonable control.
These may include hurricanes, floods, emergencies, dangerous weather, government restrictions, and other extraordinary events.
Blimtrix will try to inform the customer when possible.
Refunds and reschedules will be determined according to the work performed, the circumstances, and applicable law.
37. Suspension or termination of services
Blimtrix may decline new bookings or end a commercial relationship for legitimate reasons, including:
- Unpaid amounts.
- Fraud.
- Threats or harassment.
- Serious safety risks.
- Material breaches of the accepted conditions.
- Repeated requests for work outside the contracted scope.
Termination does not remove payment obligations already accrued or the legal rights that apply to services that were not performed.
38. Use of the website
The customer agrees to use the website lawfully and to provide truthful information.
Attempting to access accounts, systems, or third-party information without authorization is prohibited.
Blimtrix may restrict access for fraudulent or illegal activity, in accordance with applicable law.
Text, images, designs, marks, and other content are protected by the rights of their respective owners.
39. Dispute resolution
The parties will try in good faith to resolve any dispute related to a booking or service.
The customer may submit claims through Blimtrix's official channels.
The Company may request reasonable documentation to assess the case.
This provision does not prevent recourse to consumer-protection authorities or competent courts.
These terms do not establish mandatory arbitration or a general waiver of class actions.
40. Governing law and venue
These terms will be interpreted under the applicable laws of the State of Florida and the relevant federal provisions.
Disputes are subject to the legal rules of jurisdiction and venue.
Where legally permissible and without affecting mandatory consumer rights, Miami-Dade County, Florida, is the preferred place for judicial resolution of contractual disputes.
41. Changes
Blimtrix may update these terms for future contracts.
Changes will not retroactively alter the essential conditions of bookings already confirmed without a valid agreement or a legal basis.
New versions will state their update date.
42. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
The affected provision will apply only to the legally permitted limit.
43. Entire agreement
These terms, the confirmed quote, the selected extras, and the particular conditions accepted are the agreement that applies to each booking.
Changes must be documented and accepted through the corresponding procedures.
If a general condition conflicts with a specific booking condition, the specific condition that was validly accepted prevails, to the extent permitted by law.
